Stock Levels and handling
All items are in stock (unless stated otherwise) and usually ship the next day.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping to selected countries for orders above EUR 200,-.
During checkout you can see if this option is available for your order.
Depending on the location we may use GLS or another distribution service to get your package delivered.
Free shipping is generally the same service as standard shipping, only in rare cases it might take a bit longer.

Express shipping
Express shipping is offered with FedEx.
Transit times are for all available European countries, The United States and Canada in general 1-2 working days, except for remote or rural areas.

Economy Express shipping
Economy Express shipping is offered with FedEx.
Transit times are for all available European countries, The United States and Canada in general 2-3 working days, except for remote or rural areas.

Emergency?
If for any reason you need a faster delivery than offered with our Express Service or you need to be absolutely sure that it will be delivered before a certain date.

Standard Shipping
For most European countries we usually ship using GLS, for all other countries where standard shipping is offered we use either Postal services or the cheapest avaible option FedEx offers.
